Odelia Torteman is the Director of Corporate Adoption at XRPL-Commons and a Digital Finance Specialist at IFC, under the World Bank Group. She brings over a decade of global expertise in digital finance, spanning strategy, technology consulting and venture investments. As an expert in navigating the intricate worlds of enterprise innovation and technology, Odelia has held key leadership positions at leading financial institutions, including the World Bank’s investment arm IFC,Head of FinTech & Blockchain for Deloitte, The EU Technology and R&D Directorate under the Ministry of Economy, among others. As Director of Corporate Adoption at XRPL Commons, Odelia is at the forefront of driving institutional adoption of XRPL, developing tailored enterprise use cases, enhancing ledger functionalities and forging strategic partnerships that empower organizations to harness the transformative potential of blockchain technology.
