Welcome to the website for the Buiding Blocks conference (the “Confernece”), hosted by Collider Ventures management Ltd. (here after”Collider”, “us” or “we”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use this website.
- Purpose of the Website
The purpose of this website is to provide information about the Conference, including conference schedules, speaker bios, registration information, and other relevant details.
- Conference Registration
To attend the conference, you must register and pay the applicable fees. Registrations can be made through the website. Early registration is encouraged as space is limited. Conference fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by us, in which case they will be refunded or can be used for another upcoming event. You are informed that he won’t be able to request a refund of tickets in case of cancellation of the Conference due to circumstances beyond the control of the Collider, such as a force majeure event (including pandemic) or cancellation request issued by any other public authority, or due to the cancellation by our hoding venue. In any event, we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement.
- Admittance to the Event
Collider grants entry to attendees with a ticket. An ID card will also be requested at each entrance, and a nominative business card may be also asked. If the information does not match the registration information (first & last names and any information related to a specific ticket category), we reserves the right to refuse entry to the attendee, without him being able to claim any refund.
- Code of Conduct
During the Conferenceent, you shall conduct yourself in an orderly manner and shall not act in any manner which causes offence, annoyance or inconvenience to other attendees. Attendees, unless being part of a sponsoring partner team and acting on the parsponsor space (booth, room, …) shall not promote, advertise or solicit for business in a manner which, in our sole discretion, is deemed unacceptable. We reserve the right to remove from the Conference any attendee who we consider in our reasonable opinion contravenes applicable laws or regulations or our policies and procedures or those of the Conference, is likely to cause offence or annoyance or is otherwise inappropriate or does not comply with these terms.
We, in our sole discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, reserve the right to refuse admittance to or to eject from the Conference anyone that we determine:
- is behaving in a manner that could disrupt, hinder or cause a nuisance to the Conference or to the enjoyment of any other person or partner at the Conference;
- represents a security or health & safety risk to the Conference or to any person or partner; and/orfails to comply with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws in connection with your attendance or participation at one of our Conference and to follow the rules and security instructions given on site during the event.
- Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of the country where the conference is held. The content of the website is the property of Collider or its licensors and may not be used without permission. You may download or print a copy of the content for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute the content without the prior written permission of Collider.
- Insurance
You are responsible for arranging your own appropriate insurance cover in connection with your attendance in the Conference. We and our related companies will not be liable for any injury or damage to any person or to any real or personal property whatsoever caused (except for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence or for any other type of liability that cannot by law be excluded or limited). We acknowledges that it has taken out professional civil liability insurance to cover the risks of any damage that may occur during the Conference.
- Liability and Disclaimer
The information contained on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of this website.
We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this website or the content thereof.
- Modification of the Terms of Service
Collider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms of service, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these terms of service will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these terms of service are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
- Governing Law
These terms of service will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms of service, the website or its use shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute.
